Our contract is designed to protect all of our members' collective experience. This is our way to keep Livelii accountable to you, and to keep members accountable to each other. Your behaviour as an individual impacts the entire group and to make it easier, we’ve put together the “need to know’s” below.
3 MONTH WAIT + 12 MONTH
Our group benefits policy works differently from an individual policy. We do not look at members' unique situations, we’re one big group, which means we need to clear a 3 month waiting period and have members participate for a 12 month term following that. We offer great rates to our members which we want to continue to keep available. This means we’re in it together, for a year.
PUBLISHED RATES & PLAN
On January 1st each calendar year our policy renews. This includes your plan details and your plan price. What you (our community) wants to see, your usage habits, and how many members we have are what affect our available rates. Your monthly subscription rate may go up or down based on the above, and we’ll do our darnedest to always negotiate for the better.
SUBSCRIPTION + DEPOSIT
No one likes talking money - but here goes. When you complete your registration we will charge you a deposit equivalent to 2 months of the current published rate of your selected services/product(s). Once you’re past your 90 day waiting period, you will be enrolled and billed the published monthly fee every 30 days after your enrolment for your selected products for the next 12 months.
